Absolutely! Many of my clients are relocating from other states. I offer virtual tours, detailed neighborhood information, and can coordinate efficient property visits when you're in town.
What areas do you serve?
I serve the entire High Country region including Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, Beech Mountain, Sugar Mountain, Seven Devils, Valle Crucis, Todd, and surrounding areas.
How quickly can I expect a response?
I typically respond to inquiries within a few hours during business hours. For urgent matters, feel free to call or text me directly.
Do you help with vacation rental properties?
Yes! I have experience with investment properties and can advise on rental potential, regulations, and property management options in different communities.
